Our tech Ryan was very professional. He explained everything he did. He also gave us tips on how to avoid further damage to our garage door and prolong the life of our current parts until we can get them replaced. I want to share my thanks and appreciation for Precision and its techs that came out and fixed/​replaced my garage motor. I could buy high quality parts from a lot of places, but it’s harder to find a place that offers high quality parts and is timely, thorough, AND willing to answer any questions about their service and/​or products. I also enjoy the strong family presence in this company.

I recently called on this company to replace the weather seal on the sides of my garage door. This company promptly responded and they were very professional. I had some worn wheels which were also replaced and they siliconed the door. Once the work was done they cleaned the door and ensured I was satisfied. I called this company a second time as I wanted to see if they could fix or recommend how t fix the gap between part of the garage door seal and the garage floor. The service rep called and told us how to fix this probem with no charge. I highly recommend this company. This company provides excellent service and customer service.

Relentless upselling. I called them to fix a torsion spring (about $ 100 repair) and they told me I needed a new door. When that did not work they told me I needed «reconditioning» I had to call another company to get the simple repair I needed.
