I truly hate going to this place to buy boxes. If you are customer picking up just a few boxes they act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money. The service is rude and uncaring and unhelpful. Trying to get info on pricing is like pulling teeth. They couldn’t give me any idea on pricing even though I gave measurements and weight. They said they had to see the item. Sorry, but I can lug around a 200lb piece of equipment with me just so you can see it. They rarely have the box you need, sorry they dont carry the 12×18×18 but we do have a 12×35×60, with that work? hahahaha. No it wont. This place is not worth the visit, try getting boxes from other places and avoid the rude treatment.

This business has been in Alb for a long time (although many years ago was at a location about ½ mile away). I guess people like this business enough to keep them going for 20+ (?) years.
I’ve used them several times over the last year. I’ve been very impressed by how well they pack items — clearly a lot of care and time go into making sure the items will travel without damage.
Very highly recommend and worth going to if you need to ship something important.
