Went through drive through and the lady at the window said they were out of most things, she asked if she could just tell us what they do have available. I ordered cream cheese Rangoons. They were old and dry and the 3rd one had NO cream cheese in it

I have to agree with every other reviewer about this specific Panda Express. And I love Panda! Perhaps I expected more more from them because it’s a [somewhat] brand new restaurant but, I was dead wrong. The time before last I went there, about 2 months ago, I ordered a quadruple order of Beef & Broccoli for dinner. Not adhering to my OWN rule about always checking ANY to go orders through this Panda Express, I simply drove home. [always check your to-go orders with this specific restaurant!] Once I arrived home, I opened up my dinner and all it was all broccoli! Literally! Well, there were 2TINY pieces of beef?! I honestly thought I’d been punked! A long story short, I’ve been forced to call the management of this specific business 4 times for various reasons. And I seldom do that! Wrong orders all together, missing orders and the final straw folks? A week and a half ago — I found a super crazy long hair INSIDEOFMYEGGROLL! Ya, close your eyes and imagine how that plays out for a gal! Go ahead. I dare ya. Again, I adored Panda Express. I loved their chow mein, I loved their orange chicken, I loved their beef and broccoli. In general, I loved it all! But that hair?! INSIDE of an egg roll?! How does that even happen?! Sorry Panda Express [in general] it’ll take awhile. Possibly centuries. By the way, while I’m at it, let me just say that we have invented a stupid joke about Panda Express as of late. Have you ever made your own asparagus at home and chopped off the bottom two inches of them? Sure you have. Why? Because they’re woody, dry and an inedible. I’ve convinced myself that Panda Express has purchased all of those two inch discarded bases and that’s what they’re serving now! You literally can’t chew their asparagus anymore!

Disgusting old dry food. We ordered a kids meal for my son and orange chicken with noodles and rice. The chicken was dry and obviously old. It was crunchy and burnt. The noodles and rice were stale and crunchy too! The only decent thing was the honey walnut shrimp. Won’t ever be going back here. Too commercialized and it’s pretty obvious they don’t care about customer satisfaction. New dragon and fortune cookie are way better and cheaper for the south valley in my opinion.

This place hasn’t even been open a year, and everytime I have gone there, the food has been awful. They have a new dish out that includes beef, asparagus, and mushroooms, and the beef at this place seems«fake.» I don’t know how else to describe it, but the other Pandas in town are just fine. Orange chicken is a best-seller, and that is awful too. It’s all breading and zero chicken. I mean ZERO! I have never experienced this before, and have tried it several times just to see if I went on an off day. Everyday there is an off day!
