Outlaw Detailing

Stopped in for headlight restoration service and I was very impressed with the quality of work done. The headlight came out looking brand new! I arrived at around 11:30 am and was out the door before noon. Staff was friendly, prices are just right and location is great as well. I will return as a customer and will most likely get a full auto detail. Keep up the good work fellas!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I bought a Living Social special for $ 65 for a thorough cleaning of my car. I set up the appointment a month in advance, leaving my afternoon open for 2 – 3 hours as that is how long they said it would take. The owner called me the day before to cancel stating that they were overbooked. He booked me for an appointment for 3 weeks later.
When I couldn’t find the place, I called to the shop. They told me don’t bother bringing in your car because we are already two hours behind. After much discussion of how they were wasting my time I agreed to bring in the car and leave it overnight and pick it up at 10:00 the next day.
When I got there and talked with the employee about it, he was so incredibly rude that I couldn’t even believe it. He kept saying that he couldn’t give me the owners phone number, that the owner didn’t give a *#@* anyway and he said I don’t know when I can get to your car at all. They wasted a total of 5 hours of my time that I had blocked specifically for this service. The employee should be fired for his rotten attitude. He really didn’t care what I thought and made NO attempt at all to rectify a bad situation.
