Over priced… musty smell, and most of the girls who work here are rude… Took 30min for a girl to come get a purse off the wall. The workers seem to hate their job, got irritated when people asked them for help.

Took several name brand items in. Only took three items and from what I saw on the sales floor what I brought in was higher quality than what they were selling. Not impressed will never go back!

I am a total bargain shopper, so I thought this has got to be the place for a bargain pregnant shopper. Well, maybe not. I found most things in the store overpriced. I also thought the quality for the price was not matched well. The place was pretty stinky, concrete floors not spruced up(for the prices) and seemed dirty and dark. I looked around, browsed through the racks and thumbed through the bins, but left feeling pretty dissatisfied. I felt I could do better at Savers or Goodwill. I don’t think the exchange program must be all that good either based on other reviews and looking over the inventory. Nice try, but no cigar.

1. Horrible customer service.(Employees eating on the sales floor and carrying on long conversations with coworkers and friends.) 2. It smells pretty musty. 3. The employees seem apathetic. 4. A small selection of boy clothing. 5. Dirty strollers that seemed over priced. Conclusion: 1. Keep my trade ins until tomorrow and head over to Tot Shop. 2. Never deviate from Tot Shop.

I have been to this store quite a few times since I go to near by stores and every time I have been disappointed. I went in to see if I could get a decent deal on a walker for my daughter since she wouldn’t be using it very long and their selection was limited and what they did have was expensive $ 25 for a used walker that was filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned it had food and god knows what caked all over it. I looked at the other baby gear items in the store and noticed that just about everything was filthy. I would never buy any thing like that for my baby. I ended going to Burlington and found a brand new walker for $ 30. All my other experiences have been similar. Very dirty items priced very high.

Update: I went to the store on a busy Saturday and scored some really nice stuff. You just have to hit this place at the right time to get the good stuff.

I go to this store about once a month and love it! I always get a good amount for my trade ins. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And I always find what I’m looking for.

When I first saw Other Mothers I thought«great! there’s a store I can try and find slightly used cute clothes for my growing baby!!» I am definitely not above saving money and finding a good bargain on baby clothes. I usually donate the items my baby grows out of but I decided to give this place a try and see if I could benefit from it. I had never been to this place before but a friend of mine said I could take stuff that my baby didn’t use anymore and get credit for it as well. I made sure that before I made my trip that I gathered the things I had that were in very good condition and figured it would be a win win situation however, I was very wrong. As I mentioned before it was my first time so I wasn’t sure how things worked. I walked in and asked the girl at the counter to please go over the process with me and she totally acted as if I was bothering her and I should already know what to do before coming in. She rudely asked me to sign in electronically and place my items in a bin. She said she would look at my items and let me know how much store credit I could get within 15 minutes. I browsed the store for a bit and patiently waited to get notified my quote was ready. After what seemed like 30 minutes I finally went up to counter and asked about my items and I was told I would be getting $ 9.10 store credit for my items. Are you freaking kidding me? I had a Boppy pillow in great condition still in it’s packaging, a baby play and exercise gym also still in its packaging and a base for a car seat and all they say I can get is less than 10 dollars for it? What a rip off! If I would have known it was going to be a win lose situation I would have much rather donated my items to a shelter or Goodwill which is what I had done in the past. I definitely saw items in worse condition for sale at a much higher price than what they offered me. I really don’t think they are interested in helping other mothers so instead of taking my items to this place, I will be donating them to someone who really needs it and can benefit from it. They can keep my items and store credit because I will not be going back.
