We found out about them through a group on deal $ 50 to do the vents of our house for one air or heating unit. Of course we were upsold, that is how groupons work – they want more of your business – however we were not pressured in any way, and the bundled several of their services together to give us the best deal. No complaints. Jason was our technician; I found him to be very cordial, polite, and sincere. We did have to reschedule with them once, but they offered us an additional discount for the inconvenience. Jason showed up with a truck, machine, and a helper. I watched them work hard for about 4 hours. They cleaned our swamp cooling vents and applied a level 2 sanitation spray to our air ducts. When they applied the Sanitation fog for the events, they had me step outside for about 20 minutes while the fumes cleared, since my wife an I have asthma and have a baby on the way, we thought it was worth it to upgrade to clean our vents. They did an acid wash of our dryer vent, which they showed me was in pretty bad shape. They cleaned the carpets in four rooms in addition to our couch, loveseat, lazyboy, and 11 pillows. We were very pleased with their work, and we will ask them back to do our furnace vents once we have a new furnace installed. In contrast to the other negative grades, we were quite pleased with them and recommend their services.

I bought a Groupon for an air-duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning(along with 319 other people at the time of writing this review). I had no issues scheduling an appointment. They called the day prior to confirm my appointment. I was scheduled for 8 – 10, and took the day off from work. At 8:50 someone from the office called to confirm my address. My house number is very hard to see from the street, so I had told them to call from the street when I scheduled. The office person told me they were outside, so I went out and waited for 15 minutes. During this time, I called back to the office to find out where the techs were 4 times. None of the calls were answered. I was finally able to reach their voicemail and left a message telling them to call me back, so I didn’t have to wait in the sub-freezing weather. 10 minutes later the office worker called back to say the techs would call me. 10 minutes after that the tech called and said he was at a corner about a mile away. I gave him specific directions on where to park and to call me from the street. They finally arrived around 9:30, took one look at my townhouse withouth bothering to even come in and said my ceilings were too high(8′-10′ on 3 levels). He said they didn’t service places like mine because they’re «too hard.» 2 thing… 1. Without even looking at my place, that reaks of laziness. 2. If that’s really the case, someone from the office should confirm the height of the ceilings before making the appointment. Now I’m out a day of PTO. I called Groupon for a refund. After 20 minutes on hold with them, they said they needed to escalate the issue to confirm that NM Quality Air refused to service my house. Finally, I called back to NM Q.A. to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue. Guess what? No answer. High ceilings aren’t that uncommon. If you’re really unable to service houses with high ceilings, ask how high they are before you schedule an appointment. Evolve your business or fail.

I can’t believe this place is still in business. I have scheduled two appointments and they were no-shows to both. They provide you a two hour window that they expect to arrive within. The first appointment, they call me about 15 minutes before the end of the 2 hour timeslot and say they’re running about 45 minutes to an hour late. Ugh. Fine, stuff happens. An hour rolls along and there is no word or sign from them. I call them back and they say they’re still about 45 minutes behind. Are you freaking kidding me? At this point, it’s nearly 2 hours AFTER the end of the original time slot I was given. A complete waste of a morning. I end up rescheduling. This time they don’t bother to call or show up at all. I called them and they asked if they could call me back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later still nothing. Yet another wasted half of a day. I call them again and this time they say that their machine is broken and they can’t get it to work. The lady I spoke with said that she had already told me this when I called earlier. When I insisted that she hadn’t, she continued to argue with me and said, «Well, it seems you didn’t understand me.» No, I understood just fine and what was understood was that you’d call me back in 10 minutes, end of story. Pretty hard to «misunderstand» that. So, I can’t review on the actual quality of their work because they don’t even bother to show up to do it. Nothing but excuses and I have a hard time believing that they’re so swamped with work given that they don’t actually call people back, show up to jobs, or have working equipment. Don’t be fooled by the looks of their website, this place doesn’t have a clue how to run a business and would do NM a favor by going out of business.
