Had a breakin at my home. The burglar threw a rock through one of our french doors. Fortunately our alarm went off and scared them away. Within two hours Mobile Screen and Glass had someone at our house replacing the double paned window. The service staff was amazing form the person answering the phone to the technicians that showed up. Thank you! I guess that’s why we only use Mobile Screen and Glass!

Extremely disappointed with this company. Waited 1 week for rep to give an estimate to replace seven windows. The next day I received a call that they wanted to send someone with more experience to quote and it would be another week before he could come out. Five days after second rep, came out, still no quote. Called office and was told he was off. Another five days goes by and I finally receive a quote the day after I left on vacation. I call office my first day back from vacation and am told my rep is «no longer with the company» The dispatch tentatively schedules work another week out. I receive a call the next day informing me that they will not be providing any services to me due to difficulties sourcing a manufacturer. Over a month and 4 different contacts to find out I have to start over. I’m trying to sell my house, but need the windows replaced first. Mobile Screen and Glass installed all new windows in our home some years ago, and we were impressed at the time with their management, customer service, and installation team. Unfortunately, we found out way after the fact that our stucco contractor did not do a thorough job of flashing and sealing around the new windows, so with the serious rains a few seasons into things, we began experiencing leakage. Although Mobile Screen and Glass were under no contractual obligation to help us out so many years after installation, they made things right by providing a team of guys to dig out the old stucco and properly flash, foam, seal and restucco around the problem windows.
What a pleasure to deal with a family-​owned business who runs things with such a high level of integrity and honesty. And who hires such capable and trustworthy (and gentlemanly) workers.
We would recommend Mobile Screen and Glass wholeheartedly to anyone.

Far and above the best window/​glass place in town. They go out of their way to find parts for any window — I had a client recently find handles for windows from the 1930’s — friendly and supportive of the real estate community, too!
