Since I run the fan club, I am hesitant to blow my own whistle. We are still getting things going and continue to build the club. Have loved hosting the event at Fox and Hound! Great food, specials, great staff, and they are really working hard for us this year such as putting up purple and gold balloons and a Vikings flag.

It’s nice to watch the game with a bunch of other people who care about the Vikes the same way we do. My husband is a massive fan, and it’s important to him to feel that camaraderie. I like to go to support him and because I do love the Vikes.
He gets to chat with people throughout the game, and because we all want the same thing, it’s a very convivial and fun atmosphere. We all sit at our own tables, but we chat amongst ourselves and Lou, the head of the fan club, walks around between plays and keeps the team feeling going.
I do wish we met somewhere else — Fox and Hound is okay for a single visit, but every week is a bit much. Limited menu that gets old after a few weeks — plus their internet has been down for about six weeks. Ugh. I’m trying to do homework!
Lou has done a great job of keeping the fans pumped up. If you are a Vikings fan, you should join us!
