I purchased a groupon for this company for a microneedling package. The price seemed good so I was all for it. First let me say this is a by-​appointment only business and there is only one employee, the owner, so all appointments must work around the owners schedule.
This clinic is not an ordinary professional clinic, it’s quick in, and quick out, and most of the time I just felt like I was burdening the owner because I would have to text her to schedule appointments and wait for her to reply which often was the next day. The microneedling package is split into 5 – 6 appointments which includes microdermabrasion, light therapy and a few other «prepping the skin» treatments before the last appointment which is the microneedling. I saw no difference in my skin at all after all these treatments, and the owner was constantly trying to up sell me various other products and services. If you’re looking for a professional and organized clinic for these services, I highly encourage you not to go to this place.
