Mesa Del Oso

I moved into Mesa deal oso over 2 months ago and so far I’ve had a horrible time here. I moved into a dirty bug infested condo that was advertised move in ready and was certainly not move in ready as advertised. A cleaning crew was sent out the day I moved in after I complained and the cleaning crew did nothing but mop they left behind all the rat droppings and spider webs. I’ve put in numerous work orders since moving in. A lot of things were damaged and broken when I moved in and the funny thing is I had to put down a hefty damage deposit at move in… How ironic. The office always loses work orders while I would call or personally go down there and put in a work order and the next week would pass and I’d call and check in on a work order and they would say «hmm, I’m not finding a work order for what you mentioned» I would the have to put in another work order and it would take twice as long to get something fixed. Finally they seem to be getting their things together as I was definitely helped with a polite office person! She was very helpful with addressing my concerns with a positive delightful attitude. We need more of these people in the office! Secondly I was also told they dropped the rent for new tenants to a really special price and now I just feel taken advantage of seemingly I’m new and didn’t get a special and everything I had to go through at move in I feel like I should of been offered some type of concession at this point and I definitely think I will be calling upper management at his point since I’m still having problems. Would not recommend this community thus far.

The staff is not helpful with tenants and it takes weeks to get repairs done. In the two years I have had three refrigerators and two stoves. The replacements were dirty and old. The pool seems to always be dirty.
