The staff is nice and pleasant. Wait times are usually very short. The staff finds thing to compliment a patient on. They seem personally delighted that this beast was killed.
I want you to realize that other places didn’t want me, and were turning me away. It’s easy to be a successful oncology clinic-​hospital, if you can pick the patients that have a good chance of survival. It’s another thing to succeed while treating the rejects.
They talk to me as though I’m intelligent, and they don’t patronize me.
