Mattress Firm

I mattress shopped at this Mattress Firm location and the one located in Uptown and ended up purchasing a mattress from the sales staff here.
Ask for Austin, he’s awesome and will NOT pull any of those typical sales tactics on you and won’t serenade you with any typical sales spiels! In fact, he gave me the low-​down on how mattress marketing and pricing typically works and gave me a lot of practical and useful tips for purchasing a mattress. He definitely had and has my confidence and trust.
After shopping around, I brought the best price I was able to find elsewhere to both locations to see who would work with me. The sales staff member at the Uptown location balked at the price that I had and basically said he was unwilling to work with me since I’d be forcing him to sell at cost. (I know the economy is tough these days but a profit margin is a profit no matter what business you work in, and so if X retailer is still willing to sell at that price, I’m pretty certain that you can at least match it unless you are running a horribly inefficient business or consider yourself above making a smaller margin than normal.) Not surprisingly, Austin was more than happy to make good on the Mattress Firm price matching guarantee and therefore received my business and this recommendation. When my box spring developed a creaking problem, he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
