Dr. Miller«Where have you been all my life»? What an AWESOME dentist!!! Dr. Miller is so knowledgable, personable, compassionate and funny. I had a filling done and I did NOT feel the needle at all. The procedure was so swift and painLESS that it was hard for me to believe I had anything done!!! This experience was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist in my entire life. I WILL be HIGHLY recommending Dr. Miller to everyone. Dr. Millers assistant Lucy is such an awesome person as well. She too is very personable and works so well with Dr. Miller. Their teamwork is amazing!!! I give Dr. Miller and his staff«10» stars!!! Dr. Millers hygienist Erin is an awesome, outstanding dental hygienist. She really cares and teaches you everything that will help your mouth stay a happy mouth. I am so impressed!!! The front desk and check out desk staff Tammy and Shawna are such pleasant and personable people. They really make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help! This was my first time getting work done at this office. I did NOT know anyone in this office prior to my appointment. I was looking for a good dentist and my neighbor recommended Dr. Mark Miller. She was right!!!

I haven’t gone to the dentist in years because of lack of dental insurance. I finally went to Dr. Miller in January and again today for my 6 month cleaning. I liked him immediately, he’s like a great granddad. I felt he and his staff listened to my voiced concerns, one being the xrays. They took extra precautions with covering. Loved his staff too and I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to schedule your cleaning separately. But that’s not a big deal, if you remember to tell the receptionist. The cleanings were great too. Really enjoyed the hygenist.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with Dr Miller, here’s a brief rundown: Had a tooth that got infected and had to be pulled. The dental assistant pushed very hard for me to get a complete set of Xrays while I told her repeatedly that I just wanted the tooth pulled and wasn’t interested in other services or work, even though my teeth make British teeth look like the Osmonds’. Their 360 degree Xray machine kept hitting my shoulders and wouldn’t work. Got an antibiotic and a very weak pain med prescription and came back the following week. I had told the Doctor, the assistant and the person on the phone who took my appointment that I was VERY nervous about dentists and that I’m a real pain wuss. I was assured that I would be comfortable and thoroughly medicated before the extraction. While I was novocained before starting I had to stop the procedure and demand to be given nitrous. Dr Miller kinda rolled his eyes at me but did acquiesce. To his credit, he left me alone with the mask for what seemed to be about 15 minutes of deep inhaling before coming back for the extraction. At that point he could’ve performed brain surgery and I wouldn’t have noticed. The extraction itself was painless and quick, so kudos for that. A month or so after that visit my wife developed a bad tooth and we went back. We waited over an hour past our appointment time, which was never acknowledged. The doctor took an Xray and then said he couldn’t perform the surgery needed and referred her to an oral surgeon. For this he charged us $ 185. The next time someone wants my help with something and I tell them I can’t, I’m going to try charging them $ 185 and see what happens. Credit to the administrative staff which was very cheerful and helpful, and to whoever mans their phones; they set me up quickly and pleasantly for an emergency appointment even though I was a new patient. Just can’t get past the $ 185 to not do anything.
