My pedicure and manicure did not last at all. I would have thought for the price I paid it would last longer than 2 days.

Wish they were consistent. Most of the time they are do a great job. Convenient hours.

I was looking for a good nail salon, since I was visiting from out of town. My mother in law suggested this place. It’s close to her house and within walking distance. When I walked in, the place was busy, but the people were very friendly. I only had to wait ten minutes to be seen. Tam was very friendly, he listened to what I wanted, and my nails came out beautifully.
The next day, the nail jewels came off. I went to the salon, and they fixed my nails without charge and without hesitation.
The next time I come visit family, I will definitely come here again!

Great gel mani & pedicure (not gel). The staff is super friendly. I asked for the nail color by name & they knew exactly the color I wanted! Great prices. This will be my new go-​to nail salon.

I’ve been coming here since I moved here in 2011 because I lived in high desert and it was close and convenient. I’ve always had a good experience. Tick, Mai, Lem, Lee, Laura and John always do a great job. I usually go for the French acrylic, but have also done the regular polish and gel. Their chairs give a great massage.

Professional and very attentive :-) will be back!

Awesome. I took myself and my two daughters. Treated like a queen. This is a great place to relax and become beautiful.

I recently moved here and have been looking for a nail salon. Upon reading the good reviews I decided to give this place a try. Both times I came with my youngest daughter. Both times my youngest daughters manicures have been decent, not great, but not awful.
My first manicure was ok, the painting was pretty sloppy and chipped after two days. I’m pretty hard on my nails so I thought I would give them another try.
Today I got a pedicure and it was just awful. The filing made my toenails all jagged and short. The painting is awful, it looks like a three year old painted my toenails.
My oldest daughter got a manicure and it was really bad also. The lady refused to remove her excess cuticles, claiming it will make the cuticle bleed. Now I know that it is not recommended to cut the cuticle, but every nail salon I have even been to cuts the excessive cuticles. They didn’t have a problem doing it for my younger daughter during her manicure.
I am also not sure about how sterile this place is, after removing the cuticles from my toes they put the clippers back in with all their other equipment. And I never saw them spray the pedicure basins with any cleaner when they were done.
Sadly I guess I will have to continue my search for a place for a decent pedicure.
And I just have to add they are expensive… I moved from Los Angeles where I paid $ 17 for a pedicure and this place charges $ 20…and they barely massaged your feet :(

I called for an appointment and when I showed up, it was a very busy Saturday; nonetheless, I was asked to pick my color and quickly shown to a waiting spa chair. From that time the service continued — good, fast, and efficient. What I mean by fast is that I was provided good service without waiting between things; pedicure, nails waxed, gel nails, shoulder massage. I really don’t mind waiting but I admire that they seem to run this shop very efficiently. Satisfied with all the services and would certainly go back. I sat next to a cosmetician who says she always goes there, too, and you can’t get a higher recommendation than that. Thanks — Nancy

I have been going here over a year. I get pink and whites done by Lee, the owner. He does a wonderful job. I have always been very happy with my nails. The salon is very clean and sanitary. Very nice employees.

I go here because it is the closest place to my house for getting my nails done, but i’m by no means a regular. Typical crowd seems to be older wealthy women probably living in the high desert area and also some Albuquerque Academy teenagers, some with their wealthy looking moms… I still keep coming here but I feel it could be cleaner… I don’t see the instruments ever coming out of sterilized bags like in other places. So not sure they really sterilize (in an autoclave at least) between people. This newer location is a lot bigger and nicer than the one they used to have a couple doors down. The people that work there are very nice though and try to get to know you which is why I didn’t give it 2 stars. I literally had my nails done a YEAR ago from this technician there and she remembered my profession still after meeting me only once a YEAR ago… Crazy. And another woman knows me too after only going once to her so that aspect is nice and makes it seem like a little community/​neighborhood place which I like.

Came here as a walk-​in for a regular French mani. Had higher expectations, I guess. The woman kept trying to push the gel, which I hate because they sand down your natural nails and it takes forever to get it off. Then, for my manicure, she proceeded to do kind of a half-​ass job painting on the white tips which were ultimately streaky and not fully opaque. Then she barely put on a single top coat! I had to go home and add two layers of top coat myself to ensure they wouldn’t chip right away.
Long story short: I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you just need a quick, cheap, plain, clear mani (in which case you might as well do it yourself). My recommendation: Demi’s Nails in Rio Rancho. High quality, reasonable prices, clean salon, great atmosphere. It’s a trek for those who don’t live in Rio Rancho, but it’s worth it.

This is one of the best and cleanest nail salons! My sister and I went to get our toes done. We love the massage chairs, choices in polish, nail art, and the staff is very nice.
