I came to this business to correct another salon’s mistake on my eyelashes. I was treated so well here and my lashes were OUTSTANDING. I took professional photos today and I looked amazing and my lashes were a large part of my look. I am so happy I came here. I will return

I rarely give bad reviews, I’d much rather give good ones, but as I sit here with my swollen eyelids, I feel I need to give this one. I apologize in advance…
I went for my first eyelash extensions here over the Thanksgiving holiday. I really didn’t know what to expect but knew my sister and I would be there for several hours getting our lashes done. The technician was VERY sweet, friendly and conversational which we appreciated. However, our lashes were completed in about half an hour each and it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had– we both were almost crying through the procedure our eyes were watering and irritated so much. I went to a local place (local to me in Seattle) to get mine taken off because my eyelids were swollen, painful and itchy! The technician here took one look and said, «Girl, those LOOK like they hurt. They HAVE to come off!» The technician here had put several extensions on individual lashes and some were glued to my skin. If I had continued getting extensions at Lash Out Loud– it would have done permanent damage to my own lashes which isn’t what I wanted at all.
Maybe because of the holiday the technician at Lash Out Loud was rushing through the procedure and maybe her work is better when she takes her time, but I would think twice about going here or at least have a chat with her about your expectations with your lashes.
