Had a best friends wedding this weekend and we had rented nine tuxedos. Only two of them fit perfectly at the time of pick up. Five of them needed small adjustments and were ready for pick up on time. The last two had pants that only reached to the middle of the calf. They were pants for children. Not measured and not checked by the staff until the six foot grooms men came in to try it on. The wedding was out of town and we were assured they would send the replacement pants to the store where the wedding was taking place. They were sent to the original store and so two grooms men did not have pants that fit and when we talked to management at the original store all they said is we could do twenty dollars off. They were also rude, demeaning, unprofessional and all around not helpful. I will only go into this store if they were to give me money back because they were not worth anything but time wasting trouble and made what should have been a great wedding into a stressful experience. Do not work with them and do not believe their promises. Use your hard earned money at a place that cares about their customers and not about their sales. If I could give them Zero stars I would. Two groomsmen came from Texas and had no problems with their local Jos. A Bank. Leading to the conclusion that this specific store has horrible customer service and needs a complete over haul in their staffing.

I was so impressed by the staff here! My fiancé and I and some of our bridal party stopped in after a horrible appointment at Men’s Wearhouse to ask about suit rental for our wedding. We didn’t expect much since we didn’t have an appointment, but Julian was incredibly friendly and helpful. He showed us our options and discussed the rental process with us, even measuring the guys so they would know their size for when they came back in. He wasn’t at all pushy, so we felt completely comfortable dealing with him. We loved the gray suit they had available for rental and will have our groomsmen rent it from there; Julian helped us by putting all the information into the system so they guys can get measured and have the suits ready for the wedding. The process was so easy, and I feel totally confident in trusting the store with handling the suits for our wedding.
We noticed that the store was having their buy one, get three free sale the next weekend, and went back in with some friends who wanted suits for work (my fiancé wanted to pick one out for the wedding). We had a large group so I was worried it would be a hassle, but the manager William handled it well! He was friendly and professional, helping everyone find suits, ordering them when necessary, and discussing alterations. He made everyone feel completely relaxed, so the experience was fun rather than stressful. Everyone found something they loved, and the quality is great. All the guys looked fantastic in what they chose!
We had such a great experience here and will definitely be back for our formalwear needs, as will our friends. The staff is just amazing!

Products here are very nice and of high quality materials. I have shopped here for years and always had different experiences. All of the staff is always very friendly except for the store manager. On separate occasions I have noticed the condescending way he treats his staff. The first time I got fitted for suits, he ignored my requests and tried to push products on me that I had no interest in. He came across very self-​righteous and with a know-​it all attitude.
The few times I have been in the store I have overheard him talking about other customers and I was shocked by the sexist remarks I heard him make regarding women walking in front of the store. I came into the store with my wife only once, and we left immediately without buying because she was uncomfortable with him staring at her.
I love the products of this store and would frequent the store more often if he wasn’t there. I believe the store would have a better shopping environment without him. I have dealt with other salesmen and none have used the used-​car salesman approach like him. For someone who folds shirts for a living you would think he would be level-​headed and friendly. For the money I have spent at this establishment I would at the bare minimum expect decent service especially from the «store manager». I would highly recommend purchasing online. If you do go into the store request anyone else’s help.

wonderful customer service from all the staff when I dashed in and asked to use their phone to call my son to get his shirt size for a wedding happening in a little over an hour, The young man, whose name I neglected to get, who found shirts for me quickly and offered to steam out the packing wrinkles, a few minutes later I was on my way with two shirts on hangers ready to go. Shirts were on sale so a very reasonable price, and just wonderful service.

Nice clothes. Prices are on the high side. If you buy in quantity their sales even it out. Friendly staff.
