Huning Castle Neighborhood Association

Can we say: NICE NEIGHBORHOOD? WITH LOVELY HOMES, WELL-​KEPT YARDS & TONS OF PARKS AND OPEN SPACES?
If so, then we have the Huning Castle neighborhood and their very own Neighborhood association to help keep things nice.
I came through on the City Trolley Tour & thought the area to be just exquisite. The tour guide said that Breaking Bad show and the movie, «Old Dogs» filmed several scenes right here.
The Huning Castle Neighborhood Association extends from the northern boundary of the Albuquerque Country Club to Alcalde drive on the south. It encompasses Tingley Drive on the west and 14^th street on the east. This beautiful neighborhood includes the Albuquerque Country Club and Tingley Beach. Each Christmas Eve, the neighborhood hosts stops on the Luminaria Tour.
Had to deduct one Unilocal STAR due to the litigious nature of the Association. When I goggled the area, I noted the the Neighborhood Association has sued the city of Albuquerque over apartments being built nearby in the 1990’s. The rich homeowners were nitpicking over density rules for the new places nearby. Not cool that the wealthy folks are trying to keep the riff-​raff from living nearby their precious mansions.
