Purchased some items from here one time and had a decent experience. We got the furniture for a reasonable price and so we returned in spite of the fact that no one was super friendly. We returned a second time and was greeted by a woman who told us to make sure to ask about prices on items with a red tag because they were on a special sale. We were in search of a couch to match one we already had — we were using it in a playroom so it was likely going to get dirty and we didn’t want to spend a lot on it. The couch we had was also used in a playroom it was cheap and from a from a chain discount store. We found one here that seemed to match perfectly and was even the same brand. A man approached and we asked him for some assistance in looking for the color we needed. Ding #1: Mid-way through our conversation he stopped to take a personal phone call on his cell. When he returned to our conversation things got worse. We inquired about special pricing because it had a red tag and he seemed to get upset. We told him the price we had obtained our other couch and he told us(Ding #2) to head down the street and see if we could find it at this other store for a better price. We asked to speak to his manager and he told us he was the manager. We asked the woman who had greeted us if this man was the manager and she seemed reluctant to answer — eventually she told us he was a manager but there was another manager on duty. We spoke to that manager who apathetically apologized and tried to facilitate us purchasing the couch — needless to say this was not going to happen. He could have told me the price was $ 1 and I would have still walked out. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had, hands down.
