Harmony Pest Managment

Time to update this review. I’ve been paying these guys to rid our home and yard of scary sons-​a-​bitches more than a few years now, and I have a few compliments to add to my initial write up. Here goes.
The biggie is the name of the biz, specifically «management». The philosophy with this company is so common sense: we don’t eradicate the nasty lil’ buggers, we manage ‘em. Thus, when you contract with Harmony to spray your home and surrounding environs with ORGANIC stuff, the service doesn’t end there. Should you suddenly discover a troupe of ants invading your kitchen or bathroom (both have happened to us) you just give ‘em a call; at no cost, they’re back, managing your problem. Here in the north valley, we have an annual wasp issue, they seem to love our roof crevices and bushes; I simply text Matt, the owner, and he visits within the week to rid us of the freaky nests. I’ve been dive-​bombed by a few wasps, it ain’t fun. Let Harmony manage it.
This also gets to the crux of the entire extermination question. Look, let’s not beat around the wasp-​strewn bush: organic products and a management philosophy doesn’t change the fact that these critters up and die, including a few that I’m not thrilled to kill, everyday spiders and such. The «organic» product is oceanic-​based, particles that harm the smallest amongst us but pose no harm to our pets or kids. So yeah, no chemicals, but you’re still killing the bastards.
Finally, I’ll add a word about the people. Family built, a husband/​wife team own this sucker and they actually care about bugs. Lately they’ve focussed their efforts on safely and humanely relocating bees, so if you have a hive, they won’t come and shoot it down, they’ll find the buzzards a new home. I couldn’t agree more. The absolute beginning of the food chain starts with pollination; love your honey bees, please. Without them, nothing grows. Harmony’s true philosophy is humane. Give ‘em a try.

Harmony Pest Management has a well deserved reputation of never quitting until they have the bug or rodent pests around your home or business under control. They do this by overseeing each customers situation with one of the principals of the company — you don’t just get a paid employee. Someone who cares about each job done and has a vested interest in top quality extermination and customer satisfaction will be involved. I have seen this attention to detail along with friendly service on many referred new customers — I would recommend them to any friend or neighbor looking for an exterminator who really cares!

From the first treatment at our house, we have not had any issues with ants. They are very friendly and reliable. I love the fact their products used are both natural and organic. I highly recommend this service to any business or homeowner.
