They now take online check-​ins, so you don’t know how many people are ahead of you (if they told me, I did not hear). I should have been second, but they took two other people ahead of me, even one who came in 10 minutes after me. I walked out, even though I only had about another couple of minutes to wait because I didn’t think it was right. I have gone here for several years, but I am now going to go elsewhere. To add convenience for some, they have added inconvenience for others. Unfortunate.

I have gone to this place 3 times with the hope that i caught them on a bad day. I am definitely not recommending this place to anyone. The manager there i think her name is angel, is completely rude. She is very unapproachable, negative attitude and always seems like she has a problem. She got upset one day stating that she cant handle this and left for the day.
I have gone in there looking for the young lady who always cuts my hair only to find out she no longer works there. If i had to deal with the folks there i should wouldnt work there either. I hope the corporation can get better management in there. Until then they shall not receive any of my business nor my recommendations for this location or company for that matter. Beware everyone.

I will never return to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone. First, they let people check in online so even though there may only be two people ahead of you when you walk in, you might be 20th in line. Of course you have no way of knowing this until you sit there for an hour and a half always thinking that you’re next. Then, after wasting all afternoon, don’t expect a good haircut. It’s hard to screw up a high fade but they will find a way. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I will not go here again! The barber cut off way too much of my hair! My haircut wasn’t even close to what I wanted! The didn’t even try to make things right. I still paid full price and left a tip. I left there in tears! My hair is so short and I hate it!!!

I like this place! It probably is because I ask for the same haircut every time I go, but I am. Guy so that isn’t surprising! I have been to many other places at the same price range, but this is the only place I have received consistently good cuts for the money. I will be going back!

I used to go here to get my haircut however three out of the last four times they have cut it massively uneven.
The barber apologized saying I was his 3rd haircut ever. They apparently give their employees no training.
I’ll never go back.
