I didn’t quite understand it and felt as if I was being conned into something I didn’t want. But after I went back in today Chad re-explained it to me and I feel like I understand it now and I also feel like it is a great deal after all. I would also like to provide Chad with positive feedback. He is really good at what he does and handling customer. I am a manger as well at a company in the customer service industry so I know how important it is. My mother needs a new phone too, we live 30 miles south of Albuquerque but I would like to go all the way back up to Albuquerque to this same location just to deal with him again. During the rollout of the iPhone 5S I had the unique displeasure of waiting in line at this outlet for 50 minutes, not because I was one of the zombified masses that absolutely had to get the latest from Apple, but because my Droid was dying. That was an exceptionally frustrating experience and were I a short-sighted fly-by-night voice of Bitch and Moan, I’d rip this place proper. But it wouldn’t be fair. That morning, three employees were attempting to handle the greedy demands of the cellular-impaired, and I could tell they were doing a thorough job of hooking up the populace. Every other visit I’ve had to this place(three or four trips now) I’ve received really friendly, efficient help with technical issues that I didn’t drop a penny to manage. This is indeed a Verizon retailer, not the company outlet itself, but I’ve found nothing but straight-forward customer service, here.
