I ordered shrimp chow mein to go & when we got home it was pieces of shrimp in soggy cabbage with no noodles! We don’t live super close so I was disappointed enough to call to see what happened. They said that we said we didn’t want noodles when we called in the order… what?! Then they told us if we wanted noodles we should’ve ordered low mein. When did chow mein become soggy cabbage? I’ve ordered chow mein for over 20 years & have never had this issue & even Googled chow mein to read that in fact it does means fried noodles. I asked for a refund as the dish was soup-​like & bland but in order to get a refund on the credit card we used, we had to drive all the way back! I’ll never eat here again & beware of getting anything to go.

First time we ate there it was passable. 2^nd time the meat was so chewy and gross that we threw it out. I am not sure what they changed but we won’t go there any more. What a shame because we live close. Go to mr. Tokyo.

Found on Unilocal late evening after tram ride. So glad. Least we could say. Was 9 pm before a 930 closing, looked like they were cleaning up. They welcomed us happily and got right to cooking our 3 entrees. Great food. Great prices. Must have

Visited twice and both times were good. Not from the area so cannot compare to other local restaurants. Overall, it was really good.

Great solid Chinese american food. Very clean inside to eat in .very friendly owners and detailed with each take out order. Keep up the great work !

I’m hesitant to eat Chinese food in New Mexico. However, I will eat here when I’m in town. They have fresh ingredients. Service is not warm even though the entire family works there. However, the service is quick.

We gave Golden Chopsticks a try for my daughter’s informal birthday shin dig. I didn’t feel like cooking and this place is just around the corner so off we went. You cannot beat the price of the kid’s meal– lots of food and plenty of choices. Service was good and not only did I not have to cook, but we left a stack of dirty dishes that I didn’t have to clean. Yay!

In a nutshell, disappointing. The egg drop soup was ok but my entrée, Mongolian beef, was awful. It was primarily just onion with some beef added. The flavor of the sauce was good, but there was just way, way too much onion. My husband had shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce and it was mediocre. I wish I could recommend this restaurant due to its convenient location but I cannot.

there’s an oft-​held trope here in suburbia that equates distance from one’s home to be roughly proportional to Quality– this is of course a car-​tainted mentality. and so this chinese dive two minutes from the house– a space seating two dozen and which parking lot it shares with albertson’s, starbucks, a 15 minute workout place, and a BoA cash machine– may just refute that thesis. if you are willing to suspend metrics of past experiences (in the San Gabriel Valley-​LA, Mott Street nyC, SfO, Seattle, Honolulu, Hong Kong…) this place is a-​OK.
The proprietress, tho curt and business like, is effective. The food comes made to order with fresh ingredients. The lunch specials are good deals.

This is a great chinese restaurant. It’s in our top 2 here in Albuquerque. We’ve eaten here multiple times, I really like their singapore noodles and their tom yum soup was delicious and spicy! The hunan beef is also really good.
