1st Breakfast w/Santa was the BESTIDEA! Super cute set up, reasonable price($ 7 adult, $ 5 child), and prize giveaway(hubby won $ 100 mall GC& people next to us won $ 25) was a fantastic deal! Hearty breakfast of pancakes, bacon, sausages, & eggs with juice/coffee was delicious. We all got plenty of time with Santa. He sat at the end as children brought the«list» up to him and when he was free, he walked around to talk to each child. He the nicest Santa I’ve met This was my first visit to Fuddruckers and I’d say it was AMAZEBALLS I don’t really like fast foo too much but this experience won me over

Great burgers! Very clean and friendly place. I had the monster 1lb. Hamburger. Lol. They cook it to your likeness. I got it well done and it was perfect. Huge but perfect..

An interesting little place here… After seeing all the billboards claiming to have the best Green Chile Cheeseburger in New Mexico(that’s BOLD) we figured we would see what is going on here at Fuddruckers. We were heading to the mall anyways, so this location is very nicely placed. When you walk in, you get the feeling you’re in a 1950’s Diner mixed with a Chuck-E-Cheese. I wasn’t sure exactly what they were going for and my confusion continued later on. Nevertheless, we ordered and I was pleased to see that they had All-Natural Kobe beef. I went ahead and ordered a Kobe burger with a bunch of toppings($ 2 gets you unlimited toppings) including green chile, of course. It took a little while to cook these, they were a little busy but I’m not upset with the wait. The burger was actually pretty darn good. The one thing that they do perhaps the best is their buns, they are soft and tasty and you can pick between white or wheat. I don’t think I’ll say that they are the best Green Chile Cheeseburger in New Mexico(go to Hatch for that!) but it was a surprisingly good piece of Kobe. Fuddruckers needs to figure out what it wants to be. It’s making some good burgers and looks like it has a solid menu overall but their atmosphere is strange… They may want to consider the route of 5 Guys where they are exclusively a burger place that focuses on that and does it well. All-in-all, Fuddruckers was a decent meal for the money.

Do Not Eat here! After getting food poisoning I will never give them my service. Not only did I NOT receive a condolence or even a phone call. Me, my husband and friend all got sick(who eat from different households). After narrowing down the only options for all three of us, it was determined that it was Fudruckers! We ordered the«Monday special» and boy were we in for an awful night the following night. Please for your families sake reconsider a different eatery, who knows what kinda busy this is. Defiantly calling the health district on them.

My grandson and I were looking for a place for lunch and stopped at Fuddruckers at Coronado Mall. We got there when they opened and ALL of the staff was unbelievably friendly, helpful and the shift manager stopped twice at our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Every the lady who prepared my grandson’s shake stopped by to also check on us. When I went up to get our food, the line cooks all said hello, were smiling and let us know the status of our food. I watched how they interacted with the additional customers coming in and they were helpful and friendly to everyone. It is so nice to have true customer service found in Albuquerque!!! I have added this location to my top 10!

Our family decided to have supper here tonight. The front service was prompt and friendly, and we had our food made to order within about 15 minutes of ordering. A great selection of burger toppings and lots of drink options were available, from soft drinks to water to milkshakes. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very clean and brightly decorated. We had several people come and check on us and offer to take our plates when we were done. Customer service was top notch.

You won’t leave Fudds hungry! Big burgers, hearty steak cut fries, decadent deserts. Highlights: they bake their own buns in house and you have a smörgåsbord of toppings to add to your burgers. It’s also pretty awesome that you can add your own melted cheese sauce to your fries or burgers.

I grew up eating Fuddruckers once a week in Missouri and then they closed. A decade later and the food hasn’t changed a bit! The burger was juicy on a buttered roll with all the fixings available. Just delicious!

Another unsavory experience gang. Someone from Fudds reached out to me over a week ago to shed some light on our delivery order gone wrong. This person seemed to want to make things right after a poor customer experience, however, their actions have not matched their words. I explained to my team the response I had received from management and some of them were surprised and warmed up to giving Fudds a chance. Fuddruckers… please don’t bother your paying customers with false empathy and sincerity.

I’ve been a fan of Fuddrucker’s since I lived in Virginia Beach pre-1993. I don’t like this one. The layout of this one is NOT conducive to any enjoyment — the fixin’s bar is right in the way of people leaving the order counter and trying to find a table. There should be some way to reconfigure this place to make it more user-friendly. But I do love their Southwest chicken salad and the raspberry viniagrette salad dressing.

The cost is a lot for a burger. I went it get ice tea and they were out it took three attempts to find someone. When I did find someone was told they would have to make sweet tea before unsweetened and I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund in the drink was given the money back with no apology.

Well, I just got finish here at Fudruckers and I ain’t gonna lie, I was looking for something special when I came in. First off, my wife and I ordered our burgers medium well. Mine came in well and my wife’s was just a little more medium then she likes. The burgers had this weird smell like they had been cook right next to fish or something and the juices from the burger and fish fused together or something. While the burger was good, it just didn’t hit the spot like I had hoped. I mean a burger is a burger and it’s hard to find a burger that really sets itself apart. If you eaten a burger at Red Robbins then you’ve had a Fudruckers burger and vise versa. It is what it is and a burger is a burger. If you feel the need for a good burger, my suggestion is to break out the grill, light the charcoal, invite some friends over and grill! It’s summer time people, let’s grill!

Their menu has changed over time, yet I based this due to my visits back where I grew up in Los Angeles, CA of course. I tried the«Bison burger» and chunky«cookies n cream shake, delicious. Their service is good yet it can be average. The atmosphere here is actually touristy yet pretty cool.

Ugh. Lady at the register taking my order was in a hurry to bark out the commands to the grill folks. Asked me twice how I wanted the burger cooked and still got it wrong. Totally missed my order for onion rings. Used the wrong name when they did announce it was done and so it sat for too long and cooled. Someone came by while I was eating it and asked how things were. I said not good and got no response. Ugh

Been to Fudd’s many times, but the last time was a BIG disappointment. The bill was $ 30 for 3 people, one of us is 4-years old(not me). Well, I ordered a beer(Its the #1). They took forever(longer than usual) and when we got the stuff, there were hardly any fries! YO! FUDDRUCKER, little kids like FRIES bigtime! I swear there were no more than 7 fries! Luckily, I and my wife had fries on our plates. The buffalo burger was over cooked, we’d asked for medium and there was not pink. Overall, not happy, especially with b/c my kid likes fries!

really? if you’re looking at reviews then you won’t want to eat here. The Flying Star is better, and they seem to care about the source of their ingredients.

This place is good and probably one of the best places to get a decent burger. However, I prefer the Fuddruckers off Yale over this one. These places tend to over cook the 1⁄3 pound burger so I’d recommend the Fudd 66 half pound cooked medium well for some juicyness. I like to put chopped onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard and with Jalapeño cheese. Dipping the potato wedge fries in mayo mixed with ketchup is good. The above instructions are nearly mandatory for a good enjoyable burger. Don’t let petite reviewer’s scare you off who hate Fuddrucker’s because they don’t want to get fat. Fuddrucker’s is a solid choice for a good filling burger. If for some reason you don’t like your burger then send it back with new instructions and it shouldn’t be a problem.

Do you know what is awesome about this place? That my friend Chris used to work here and got super fat, so we all got to make fun of him until we graduated military school. Other than that, their hamburgers are pretty ho-hum tasting, their shakes not the best, the service not so much, the line? Give me a break. Since Albuquerque isn’t really the haven for foodies, I’m pretty sure I’d eat here if I had to. And if Shell gas station wasn’t open so I could get food poisoning from their burritos. Ok, kidding. I’d pick Fuddruckers if I didn’t want to lose any weight by throwing it all back up.
