The third or fourth time a good Albuquerque — area restaurant replied that the exceptional bread they served us was provided by Fano bakery, we decided to go to the source. So glad we did, and that they have a Mon-​Fri retail counter!
They sell single loaves in a wide variety of delicious blends, always right — now fresh, and at reasonable prices. Our favorite is their raison bread, and the baguette, and the sourdough. Heck, the whole rack is great. A genuine weekly pleasure.
