I’m not going to be harsh on this review because I’m not a bagel lover. The service was super slow it appeared they had a adequate amount of workers but just not being effective. They were not very understanding lots of repeating and questions. And didn’t appear to know the menu well, but maybe I dealt with a new hirer. The area was cluttered but this is due to the construction but they had a ladder on front of the drinks that wasn’t used the entire 15 mins I waited. That seems like a hazard but maybe people just order bagels to go. I won’t speak on the bagels I disliked them and I’ll leave it at that.

Location does not deserve the Einstein brothers name. I’m pretty generous when it comes to service understanding mistakes happen et cetera but I waited for almost 40 minutes for the neighborhood blend coffee at 8 o’clock in the morning on Sunday. You would think they would know to make coffee at a bagel shop. The tomatoes they used were miniscule and mushy. And they forgot the toast my bagel. There’s a lot of places to go for bad food for cheaper places to. They did however remember to charge me for my food. Pull it together Einstein brothers this does not meet any standard this does not meet any standard. I stood by the counter for 20 minutes trying to tell the staff what I was experiencing, but I gave up and I hope corporate sees this and looks to compensate patrons like me who always go to Einstein brothers and now really question that patronage.

The bagels, of course, are delicious! The area is slightly questionable. The staff aren’t overly friendly, but they get the job done!

Pumpkin bagels and smear are to die for but seasonal. Very good bagels other than that. Suggest toasting as it makes them very soft inside. I lie the turkey sandwich on onion bagel and the turkey sausage morning bagel. Applewood bacon one is okay but not great. Neighborhood blend coffee is decent.

Came in on a Monday around 9:30 to get a simple coffee and a bagel. Except they barely had any bagels so I ended up getting one I did not want. Then I ordered a mocha, where they just simply let sit on the screen till I reminded them 15 minutes later. Awful place don’t come here. Employees just don’t care.

When did pancakes become bagels? They also don’t know what«toasted» means. Bagels were flat doughy and raw. By the time the very nice cashier refilled the half and half(which took seven minutes). My bagels were actually cold. They were very nice about making me a new bagel but needed to know what toasted means… it doesn’t mean warmed until the schmeer makes it cold again. Pictured here you will also see only the woman working and 5 «bros» in the back laughing and gossiping, refusing to work while she takes on the job of 5 guys. This place is disgusting, poor quality and sexist. BTW this was Mondat Nov. 3rd at 9:30 am, about ten customers. Also …some guy was hacking in the back for about ten minutes(not chocking) and everyone heard him actually spit, one customer walked out.

Einsteins has the best bagels. Chewy and delicious. The cream cheese is great too. There is a big selections of flavors of both bagels and cheeses. Lucky for us in New Mexico, they make green chile bagels. Be jealous every other part of the world. Be very jealous. I used to love their coffee, but when the opened the espresso bar they must have changed the grounds. Not as good as it used to be. Most of their coffee drinks too seem to be kind of watered down. This is one of my favorite places to get breakfast, but the only problem with it is the cost. It’s a little high-priced for the ingredients. Especially if you get the bagel sandwiches — the eggs are no better than mcdonald’s breakfast eggs. All in all I keep going back. Can’t keep away from those tasty bagels.

«Niceness must run rampant in this part of town.» Having had a bad start on my road trip east, after stopping for coffee I needed something to eat. So I came next door to EBB. I needed something calming to restart the day, and this place seemed to help. It had a very calming effect on me, the employees must have seen my frustration for the morning, and I hope that the niceness is a full-time experience at this EBB. The food was good, too. ;-)

Superb thin bagel egg white sandwich with mushrooms and asparagus! And under 250 calories/15 g of fat! Great for starting the new year on the right track! I had to run some errands this morning and Einstein Bros. Bagels was conveniently located in the same shopping center as UPS, where I had to drop off a package. Located in the same shopping center as Albertson’s on the corner of Tramway/Central, Einstein Bros. Bagels has some great breakfast and lunch items if you’re on-the-go. From bagels to sandwiches, egg wraps and juices, this place serves up some delicious and healthy food. I initially went to get their nova lox and bagel, but they ran out of lox! Would have given them 5 stars, but they didn’t have what I was craving. It was probably a blessing in disguise as I chose one of their healthier breakfast items instead. The thin whole wheat bagel with egg whites, asparagus and mushrooms was divine. I love anything asparagus and mushroom. I really like the fact that it was under 250 calories, too! They also offer«skinny» espresso drinks as well, but I chose a freshly squeezed orange juice instead, which was delicious! For my bagel and a large orange juice my bill came out to ruffly $ 9(should have gotten the small juice instead, the large is a lot of juice). If you order anything toasted or with eggs, it might take some extra time for them to make it, so be prepared to wait awhile. This was my first time at Einstein Bros. Bagels, but I will definitely be back! Hopefully, they’ll have more lox in next time.
