Eathens Quality Cleaners

After our other dry cleaner closed we found Eathens and decided to try.
The experience was less than impressive. After getting an item back with a huge stain that wasn’t there before. I asked to talk to the manager/​owner and try to rectify the situation. The owner never called me and I was told nothing could be done.
Poor customer device to say the least and the dress is ruined. The girl working up front is nice but other than that this place is awful. I won’t be returning.

After reading the previous 2 reviews, I was ready to walk into this business and bang with a dirty, rude hippie… to my pleasant surprise, this wasn’t the case at all. There was a customer oriented, friendly young lady working behind the counter. I needed to have my son’s marching band uniform cleaned. She completely unassembled his uniform, jotted down what was needed and had me out the door after a conversation about our kids in less then 5 minutes. I also thought after reading the previous 2 reviews that I’d spend a little more money then the standard dry cleaning fee… not the case at all. Their pricing is/​was as competitive as the least expensive cleaner that was advised to all band parents by my son’s school. Great place, I’m satisfied with the quality of service, I will go back again.

The only reason I found this place was because I found a coupon for it. I brought in a coat that I had just bought and I wanted some weird clasp things removed. That part come out pretty great. I also brought in 4 dress shirts that I had just bought my boyfriend that he needed for work. When I got the shirts back, I was surprised to find that they had obviously not paid attention while pressing it because it had very noticeable creases in it and there was a stain that wasn’t removed. The dude that was working at the front desk was some rude hippie.
