The driver told a customer that they had to pay the invoice, when the invoice is paid through an insurance company. The driver then denied they accepted any money. Be very, very careful in your dealings with them.

This company is beyond AWFUL they deserve negative stars. After waiting over an hour to be towed. They towed the vehicle to the wrong house, lost it and could not find it. After being lost for 7 hours. they denied having ever lost it and refused to pay for the things stolen from it! WORST SERVICE EVER from start to finish.

Horrible experience! Had my 2003 Nissan Murano towed by Dugger Service and the driver caused damage to the wheel eyelets & rendered the car unsafe to drive. The manager never returned calls, I spent 4 days calling to follow up on damage they caused. Take your business somewhere else! See attached photo of damage.

I locked my keys in my car on the way home, and the young man who was sent out to unlock my car was exceptional. He was extremely polite and helpful. There was also another girl in the parking lot whose car needed a jump, and he went over to help her without even being asked or anything. I thought that was exceptionally kind and thoughtful of him.
