I’d have to say, that I usually get so sad when great customer service is given because we’ve become so used to being treated«mediocre» as a consumer. BUT not at donut mart!!! Not only is thier coffee fresh and delicious, but they have HANDSDOWN the nicest staff ever. And not just at the coors location. I sometimes stop at Juan Tabo because I live near there. The gentleman behind the counter speaks to everyone like an old friend, and he engages with every family and the kids!!! I work across the street from the coors location and they have provided many breakfasts and snacks for meetings. They have also pulled through when I have emergency meetings that I have to supply gallons of coffee for at the last minute. They are my heros! Try the breakfast burritos!

Abq, Local, N.M. Shop and Staff The menu is easy to read, and the staff members are very friendly. The shop is in a great location. They are right next to Coors, and it is very easy to get in and get back on the road. Food and Experience I think this is one of the best places in Abq to get a french cruller. By far my favorite donut. It seems that Donut Mart always has the .99 cent iced coffee deal. I’m not a coffee drinker, so I’m sure the Starbucks monopoly has better coffee, but to me nothing is better then Donut Mart. The price is great, and they have a lot of different donuts.

First time here and was not disappointed. The doughnuts were amazing. The staff was super friendly. I will be back.

I come here all the time. The coffee is so worth it, plus, they let you add your own syrup sweetener which is unheard of doing. People are right about a different donut taste. They are softer than DD, less sugary than KK, not as exotic as Rebel, and almost as good as Duke City; however, they are quality donuts. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast sandwiches, and a good atmosphere, one can’t go wrong.

So the bad: Heard an ad on the radio for the Isotopes special so stopped in and was told they didn’t have a special like that. I would usually just walk out but there were donuts involved so I went ahead and ordered. The good: The breakfast bagel sandwich was good, the coffee was good, and the donut was just Ok. The verdict: I’m not going to go out of my way to stop here again but if you’re in a pinch for a donut it is a place to go.

We go here a few times a month. Always fast friendly service. Love Red Rock Roasters. Donuts have a good amount of frosting/toppings and a great variety of flavors.

Quick and easy, open early. They have very good coffee — they use Red Rock roasters and have several types available(dark, piñón, etc). Great place to drop by on the way to work.

Forget the donuts-That’s a given. I now nominate them as New Mexico’s Best Bagel Shop! They’re made fresh daily… no day old bagels in their shop. A bagel and tasty coffee at this place will make your day.

First off, ABQ doesn’t have a lot of great donut shops — almost none that I’ve been able to find that really explore the art of good donut-teering. So the fact that this shop even exists is a plus. Second, and that said, if you’re a connoisseur then you’re likely to be disappointed. Their donuts, at least at this location, are made only once a day(at 5 a.m. so I’m told) and that’s it for the day. That means that if you go in anytime after…8 a.m. then you’re going to get a stale donut that has been sitting out, exposed to the air, for at least 3 hours. I’m a little surprised that they just don’t make 2 or 3 batches throughout the day… If you’re there towards closing, the pickings even look pretty miserable. Third and finally, I gotta say I’m impressed that they sell donut holes here, and a ton for very cheap. That’s kind of the saving grace. The regular donuts are mediocre, but donut holes are fun anyway. I probably won’t make purchasing from here a habit, but in a quick bind it’ll do.

I liked the place. Quick and easy and even though I was standing on the side looking at the selection, they still came to me in order. I like that very aware crew. Thanks!

These were pretty good… different from Krispy Kreme AND Dunkin Donuts, but not in a bad way. The price was reasonable and they tasted fresh. I will come back… unless KK or DD come to the area.

Donut Mart is a relatively new player on the Albuquerque donut scene, but a very welcome player. Not to slam Krispy Kreme(bcs, I do like KK) but the big favorites in town are Duke City Donuts(formerly Enchantment Chocolates) and Donut Mart. Unlike Duke City, Donut Mart has multiple locations about town. Advantage, Donut Mart. The donuts are freshly and tastly, and the folks behind the counter bright, friendly, and Johnny-on-the-spot, to quote my grandfather(Actually, my grandfather never said that, but it sounds like such a grandfatherly thing to say — wouldn’t it be cool if he did 8*). The shop itself is pretty bare. Not much in the way of atmosphere, but there are plenty of tables and chairs at which to sit, look at the mountains, read, drink, and munch. But back to the donuts. They’ve got the usual creations, including the special types: cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, big raised bow ties, etc. They even have smaller versions of some of the specialties and frosted and unfrosted versions. Oh! And donut holes! — Variety is the spice of good! Can’t speak to the coffee. Never tried it. I’ll let someone else be the guinea pig on that one.
