They seem like nice people, and they came out on time. However, the Living Social deal wasn’t really a deal. They spent only about 10 minutes looking at it, then said they were done, that they aren’t «authorized» to do anything on this visit. They didn’t even replace the filter. They just used it as an opportunity to sell their maintenance program (and they used almost those exact words, so at least they are upfront about it, I guess).
