Dairy Queen

This dairy queen is not the best I’ve too. When I use the drive-​thru it is super fast and reliable to be in and back on the road.
The thing I hate about using the drive-​thru is my blizzard is never mixed correctly. All the candy is at the top of the blizzard and about half of blizzard is icecream only. It would be nice to get my blizzard mix correctly. I experience the same thing when I go inside. I used to work at a DQ, and it is not hard to mix the candy correctly so that the blizzard has candy through — out the icecream cup. The people who work here are in too much of a rush, and don’t care to make sure the blizzard is correctly mixed.
Lastly I gave the lady at the window a punch card for my blizzard and she said «this isn’t our store.» I wonder why she didn’t offer me a punch card from her store? In any case I won’t be returning to this location, because they are rude, and don’t take the time to mix my blizzard correctly.

If I could give this place no stars, I would!!! I just left this place two seconds ago and I’m furious! I will NEVER go back to this Dairy Queen again. So, we went through the drive thru for blizzards and my blizzard wasn’t what I ordered, so I went back. This time I went inside and explained to a young girl what happened and she said she had to get her manager. A lady came out and I explained everything again to her. She told me that she specifically had made the blizzard and knows that it was the right one. I told her it wasn’t and she proceeded to tell me that she would (and I quote) ‘make another one, but it’s going to be the same thing.’ I have never been talked to like that before and thought it was completely rude! She went back to make it and I could see her bobbing her head and talking about me to the other co-​worker. It was just a bad experience. Then, I told her thank you and asked for her name and she said it really fast so I asked her to repeat it. She said it was Cassandra and that she was the supervisor of that Dairy Queen. Obviously she knows I’m going to make a complaint about her. And if you’re wondering what she looks like, she’s a large woman with facial piercings. Something tells me this isn’t the first or last time she’ll be complained on.

Dairy queen, WITH FOOD, and Orange Julius.!Everyone finds something they like… but quality definitely depends on the workers. On one visit the quality was awful, but item was replaced with no hassles. Drive thru is quick and convenient too!

Was craving an Oreo blizzard, what I got was a ‘generic chocolate cookie’ blizzard. Really? Can’t spend the extra $ for real Oreos? C’mon

How can you go wrong. It’s Dairy Queen with a drive-​thru.
