I called and scheduled an appt for an estimate. 30 mins after the appt time, the worker called saying they are running late and can’t do it today and asked to reschedule for the next morning. I couldn’t do it then and when I said no, he called me a bi*ch and hung up on me.
I called the company and told them what their worker said, they said «Sorry» and hung up on me too.
I don’t know what type of work they do, but their customer service is terrible.
