Inventory is Minimal Workers are hard to find for help but when you find theM thEy offer «look up online». But ive already done this –always hoping to finding something INSTORE. But really. I come into the store to get it that day. I don’t need anyone to look it up– pls have more inventory onsite

Well within 2min of walking into the place I was asked if I needed help and asked about the picture taking hmmmm… just lookin and killing time

Excellent customer service. My husband and I were trying to decide on new knives and pans. We visited several times, spoke in lengthy detail to three different managers. Finally made our decisions. We were able to order in the store and have everything delivered to our house which was really nice. We were also able to return the items we registered for that we just didn’t like. That is what makes shopping here worth it.

A very nice place to find whatever you need for your Bed, Bath and Beyond! The staff greets you in a warm friendly manner– they are busy on the floor, but are happy to stop the stocking or cleaning to assist you in anyway. Their return policy is amazing. If you have questions regarding a product they are knowledgeable and if by some slim chance they don’t know, they will look it up for you to get the answer. I purchased my mixer and food processor here. I was so impressed by the price of the selection of attachments, I purchased all of those as well. I love the smell of this store. It is fresh, clean and well organized. The locations are conveniently located in Albuquerque and are easily accessible from any side of town. Ladies,(gents too), if you want to find good prices, quality products, wonderful service, and a fresh shopping experience, this is the place. Be careful though– it is easy to get caught up in it all and overspend! They even help with that– I regularly receive coupons and special offers from them in my email box.

Such a nice store in a great area. Yes the prices are a little high, but it’s good quality stuff. The issue I have is I have seen the way management treats their employees. I was in line and I saw a male manager Talk down to an older female blonde for being too friendly and not getting the customers through the line quick enough. What customers? It was me and maybe one other person. I don’t know about you but I appreciate friendly staff instead of feeling like I am a burden and just need to take my stuff and go. OverAll I felt the situation was very inappropriate.

I’ve been here a million times, mostly for gift registries etc. but I always end up spending more than I’d like. They do have a great selection of home/​kitchen goods, but I always feel like their prices are too high. However, if you’re looking for the perfect gift for a housewarming, wedding or birthday, you will most likely be able to find it here. I try to shop more local, but this place does have it all!

Huge variety of items, friendly staff. I always appreciate having these stores available when I need them. This location is particularly nice.

I find that while BB&B has some useful items, and some novel things on the shelves, there’s also a lot of crap in there. If you’re a female, this place is like a trap. I have seen women walk in here and blow money like there was no tomorrow. I think they tune the music and lighting to trigger the «nesting instinct.»
That being said, I like to get my soda mix flavors here, and occasionally I’ll stumble across some type of pop corn that’s appealing. Otherwise, you can more or less find everything here in a Target or Wally-​World.
