Beauchamp Jewelers

Terrible customer service. Employees know very little about high end jewelry & watches and they assume customers don’t either. Estate jewelry is waaaaay overpriced. I would love to shop locally but they do not earn my business.

I went to Beauchamp Jewelers because I was having an issue with my automatic watch. (I hit it on the counter at my shop knocking the rotor loose)
I took the watch to another vendor previously and they wanted to charge me almost $ 600 to do an overhaul which I felt was completely unnecessary. I was right!
I walked in the store and was greeted by almost all of the staff immediately. I met Ron Beauchamp who was extremely personable and chatted with him while his watchmaker, Jesse Nall took a look at my watch and repaired it right on the spot! On top of that I was charged a very fair price for the service.
I can recommend Beauchamp jewelers to service your jewelry without hesitation. Honest, upfront and truly professional! I will definitely think of them for any future jewelry needs.
