Arnie’s Cleaners

When I got home with my laundry, I found I was missing one of my button downs for work. I called Arnie’s in the morning to explain I was missing a button down. The Manager (a lady) explained that my laundry did not have 3 button downs only 2 button downs (along with my suits, underwear, socks, undershirts, etc). I argued that I had 3 button downs and asked why they would still charge me for 3 button downs if they found that I only had 2. When I spoke with a male manager, he changed the story and said that I had 3 button downs and claimed I was lying. This place does not understand customer service and does not know how to own up to their mistakes. I hope this place closes down and they all end up working at McDonald’s.

Very courteous service. This cleaner was able to remove an unidentified stain that two other drycleaners could not. I was very pleased with everything about Arnie’s.
