This place sucks. People are rude, grooms tux had short sleeves. Two grooms men were unhappy and sent them back. The third one busted the buttons off it was so small. Don’t do it, better off buying one and getting it fitted properly.

The staff is sooo rude!!! I don’t recommend this place at all. They would not allow my daughter to try on a dress because they assumed that it was out of her price range. The owner mentioned to my daughter that he’s not worried about business and she could freely go to any competitor and he would not be worried about his business. DONOTSHOPTHERE!

Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating possible. The customer service is not simply subpar, it is atrocious. Jason Jones, the owner of the shop is blatantly unkind, vicious, and heartless. If you want to have a mental breakdown and be treated as though you are a worthless human being, by all means, do business with him.

They would not let you take pictures and the dress selection was very limited. Finally, the ambiance was not as special of a setting as a bridal shop should be.

Great customer service! Veronica was so knowledgeable and helpful! She allowed me to see the dress with a veil and all the jewelry as well! I walked in without an appointment for a refit and they were able to accommodate me! I would definitely recommend this shop to others!

Horrible and dirty place. Absolutely worst customer service. Most umpleasent and they ordered a wrong size tux and told me they did not care since they don’t do any refunds. No tailor on site amd they have only one tux to try. Extremely expensive too. DONOTGO. Go to Suits Unlimited. Much cheaper. Tailor onsite. Great inventory and pleasent guys working there.

I have watched enough Say Yes to the Dress on TLC(all 8 seasons in fact) to have a some what romantic view of what my bridal dress shopping experience should be. So I have to say I was beyond pleasantly surprised with my experience at Ann Matthews yesterday. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind from the minute I booked my appointment to the time I left. I was treated with attention and care – at one point I had two people looking for dresses for me, while the manager kept checking in on the appointment to make sure me and my party were comfortable. I know sometimes it can be a little much, but their hospitality was mixed with the right amount of professionalism that I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. The woman helping me, Tasha, was wonderful and really listened to what I wanted. They have a nice, spacious show room with a huge wall mirror so you can observe yourself from all sides. Another plus, was the comfortable couches for my party. They also had two different lights for you to view yourself under, one with a softer, nighttime glow, the other for day. I was so impressed! They have a great selections of dresses and many are reasonably priced. I would most definitely recommend this place for your bridal shopping experience! I am not shopping for bridesmaid dresses just yet but in response to the negative comment below, you should always expect to have some alterations when ordering a dress. Bridesmaid dresses are not custom made and are ordered within a size range, picking the size CLOSEST to your measurements.

My friend got married and used this shop for our bridesmaid dresses. I don’t normally write reviews, good or bad, but this place did an awful job with my bridesmaid dress. They took my measurements, they should know how to craft a dress to size! I know I know, go get it tailored right? My measurements have not changed, so theoretically I would not need to get it re-tailored. Besides, what else was I paying for anyway???
