Alon Gas Station, 7-11

I’ve never heard of Alon (not being from that part of the country) and thought 7 – 11’s were like AMPMs in that the gas came from the distributor ie 7 – 11. (I get Costco gas normally.)
The gas was very reasonably priced for the type of service station it was; a convenience store, and even better, Alon has a program where you buy their gas and they plant trees and contribute to other ecologically sound programs.
I would totally switch gas if the prices and quality were comparable if they were in my area. (After researching the numbers too, of course.) We’re lucky in the Northwest in that we have Friends of Trees where we have the opportunity to plant trees and do environmentally friendly things all the time.
