Alliance Appliance came today to fix my dishwasher under a warranty claim. Steve, the repair person who came to help me was awesome. Punctual, efficient and very nice. He fixed my dishwasher in about 45 minutes.
I’m very please with their service. I cannot comment on their prices as this was a warranty claim, however the service was excellent.

I was a satisfied customer until my refrigerator started making a strange noise… less than 1 year after purchase (paid $ 250). I live out of State and I have someone renting the home where the refrigerator resides. I called Adrian to inform him of the issue and I was told that they do not send out their service men to perform home repairs, HOWEVER, I could bring the refrigerator into their facility for repair the appliance which would only cost me $ 35. You have got to be kidding me??? So when I asked if he could recommend someone appliance repair company to come to the home, he then said they could come out but it would cost me $ 175 — I chuckled in disgust. It’s easy to fix but not if they have to come out. WTF!!! How reasonable is it to expect customers to remove all contents from their freezer/​refrigerator, load the appliance on a truck with help because these things are super heavy and bring it down to their facility — I was stunned at their stupid process. Who has that kind of time and resources (truck, dolly, cooler to keep food safe???). Besides I paid $ 250 for the refrigerator on ⁶⁄₂₀₁₄ and it’s Jan 2015 and they want to charge me $ 175 — that is B. S! I know plenty of friends who have rentals and up until now I recommended them… but no anymore. They need to re-​think their policies, their prices when making home visits… for crying out loud it’s a training school. I doubt I am getting a bonded person out to my rental home anyway!!! Guess, I will be calling around for an appliance repair person. This sucks!
