Very good pizza made by very nice people and sold at reasonable prices. The best pizzaeria in this area.

Love their pizza! Hubby likes their cheesesteaks and chicken parm platter. We live in IML and have tried others, but come back to Gagliano’s!

Incredibly disappointed with our choice of pizza restaraunts. I am not sure where to begin with this one… So I will start with the positive.
1) the young lady at the counter is fantastic and a pure asset this place.
So this place is primarily a takeout pizza/​Italian place although the have seating for approx 15 people.
We ordered 4 slices for the kids and a large Italian Stromboli for the adults. The owner/​cook told us it’s not on the menu and we need to tell him the ingredients… An Italian Stromboli…1hr later the kids got their slices and we got a Stromboli with cheese and pepperoni, but the real inspiration for this review is the owner.
We watched him pull the dough up on a pie a blow in between the pie and pan. Not sure why, but this was disturbing to see. In addition, this gentleman treats his employees like crap and certainly doesn’t appreciate the money that his customers spends in his establishment.

On a weekend getaway with the family, pizza is delicious and tasty! We got half with chicken cutlet and it was super good! My husband ordered a chicken parm and he liked it. I believe this is probably the best pizza joint near Split Rock Resort. Prices are reasonable and they deliver. If you want an affordable delicious dinner or lunch while your vacationing this place is for you!!! They seam to make everything fresh to order so allow ample time for delivery or pickup!

Great food every time we go there. Friendly staff and always polite. We will keep coming back here until they close or we move away.

Nice staff… no problem splitting bill between 3 families. Fast turn around for 5 pizza order. Reasonably priced and good quality.

The pizzas are okay nothing to brag about. The Cali cheese steak is ok if you get what you order and enough meat. The mushroom cheese steak is better than the Cali. The service on the other hand is poor. My family has tried this place three times and I think tonight did it in. I ordered a Cali cheese steak same as I always do. I ordered a whole, 35 minutes from closing and I got a whole loaf, half meat, dbl lettuce, Italian dressing and no mayo. So I’m done; onto the next one. The service on all but last occasions was low level to poor. Waiting for your pizza that you just asked about and 2 – 4 minutes pass and someone says the pizza on top of the oven is mine… Put the phone down stop texting and know your customers or at least the orders.

This pizzeria is the closest to NYC pizza in this area. I drive by four pizzerias just to get to this one. Wish they had a soda fountain and ice. I am craving some pizza right now!

Really impressed! Great pizza! We live in south philly… so we know good pizza! It will be our new pizza spot!

Hailing from NY, pizza is a staple in my diet. This spot is the best I’ve found in the Pocono’s; they’re not re-​inventing the wheel, just cranking out good pizza, with enthusiastic people behind the counter. There’s always a good selection in the case for a quick pick up on the go, which is great for people on the move. Prices are what I’d expect, recommend them for sure.

I don’t care what anyone says, for a new business, it’s really good. I mean, in the area there are four pizza places within 3 mile radius so its hard to really say who I like more.
They’re prices are good and the food is great. I know a few of the people who work there and they are really nice too.
It’s a clean, casual place to just sit down and relax when you order your food too. It’s nice to eat in or to take out.

Not as great as a NY Pizza but the taste is good and the place is clean and friendly. Their is also plenty of seating inside

I was surprised to actually like the pizza here. The Monday special is great — Large pie for $ 8.95. The only downfall is the place had no ice dispenser. I found that odd. Also I ordered their garden salad but it didn’t have the freshest tomatoes. I would stop again for their Monday special but nothing else.

I came in to get a slice to go, the place seemed clean and the girl at the counter friendly. I sat at a table and started to enjoy a fantastic slice of pizza. I was going to get another slice but there was a man leaning on the counter playing something on his phone where the pizzas would normally be (there was none there at the moment). This man was eating something and chewing with his mouth open making my meal very unpleasant. Needless to say I did not get another slice and left never to go back. When I described the man to some regulars it is believed to be the owner. If he eats like that over a food area I can’t imagine the overall food handling is very sanitary. Where is the old fashioned values of employees not eating, smoking or being on their phone in front of customers? People have said the owner is kind of disgusting but didn’t card because the food is great, I however do care so great food or clean restaurant your choice.

Very poor excuse for a «fast food» establishment. Since they’ve opened up the quality has gone down. The food is not too bad, but the service is DEPLORABLE! The last few times I have ordered, the order has had mistakes in it. Today, my order was completely wrong! How can you afford to make 3 major mistakes on an order containing 5 items? When calling them back about the mistakes, they blame US for their mistakes (cheese steak does not sound like pizza to me!). Upon driving back to get the right order, the owner IGNORES us and never offered an apology. I know people make mistakes, but own up to them!

The shrimp scampi pasta was okay, a little watery though. The pizza was pretty good, the pizza didn’t disappoint.

It used to be better. I was happy when they opened but lately the pizza isn’t even as good as it once was. I am from New York and have higher expectations but I really think that as sad as it is it’s just not as good as it was when it opened not so long ago.

Loved this place! Visiting out of town and was STARVING! As a Brooklynite, we judge when it comes to our food and this place def passed the BK test! Kodie was great, food portions are huge highly rec the Alfredo, spaghetti and the shrimp scampi. Place was so clean and neat and the Best part is the BYOB! Thank me later

Unexpected Brooklyn quality pizza. Very surprised.
