Came here during Black Friday or if you want to call it… Black Thursday. I came here shopping with some friends and then got hungry. Decided to eat at Subway instead of BK due to its proximity to the stores we were shopping at and then health factor. Subway is generally healthy for the most part right ?? :P Haha. Anyways, they had the deal with 6-inch sandwiches for $ 2. I got the Black Forest Ham, which was just like any other Subway Black Forest Ham Sandwich. It tasted as much as any other Subway I’ve been to. This subway was pretty busy compared to other ones, but it’s probably due to the fact it was Black Friday. Lines were still long still at 2AM. Though, we didn’t wait long, maybe 10ish minutes. Their service was decently fast. Comparable to many other subways. I would come back here again if I can’t decide on what to eat. I can always depend on Subway to deliver.

I work at the mall, and it would be such a blessing to have a subway that wasn’t as slow and lacking in customer service as this one. When there’s a semi-long or long line, normally they only have one team member on the floor making sandwiches, resulting in a long wait since no employee there can work at a face pace, which is needed at a mall with as equal traffic as MOA. I’ve attempted to come here on my 30 minute break, and it literally took me 25 – 28 minutes to get out of there with only a line of 4 – 5 people. The subway where I live can get me in and out in less than 5 minutes, 10 minutes at a busy time. It’s just aggravating that there’s employees in the back that don’t come out to help until the last second. And once my sandwich is made, I have to wait at the register while they go make more sandwiches – very annoying. It’s actually faster to leave the mall, drive across the bridge to the subway next to caribou and get your meal there.

Most pitiful Subway. The service was slow, confused, and just plain bad and cleanliness was lacking. It took at least 10 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. They were low on some of the sandwich toppings and completely out of spinach. When I requested they re-fill(as I wanted spinach), one of the«sandwich artists» falteringly exclaimed that«sorry, we are out.» Her partner, overhearing this, asked the third artist to go get some more from the back, which ended up being the 3rd artists last priority so I just skipped. Once my sandwich had been prepared, no one was at my counter to check me out, though the 3rd artist was aimlessly wiping away at appliances and surfaces behind the counter until she decided she should attend to the register. In the end, the sandwich tasted no worse, but the service was just painful.
