These guys cared & they hustled. Most important they put our beds together first thing so no matter what we had a place to crash after such tough day. I would venture to say the left our furniture better than they found it. For example, John would pull a pack of felt stickers out of his pocket and replace/install new ones on all our pieces as they placed things in the new home. More then once they wiped off or cleaned out the dust or spider webs that appear when large pieces get moved. My wife was very concerned about two large Ethan Allen hutches we had recently purchased, but they covered them with pads that were held in place with huge rubber bands and all was good. The other two guys and their truck really had some questionable pricing schemes. They also had too many rules and regs about every little thing. It felt aggravating before it started. Pepper’s also let us box and move as much as we wanted even after they had come and quoted the job. We needed to save some money and had the time so we moved things before they arrived to keep our cost down. James called us the night before to see if we had any concerns and even offered to delay the moving date, with no fee, as heavy rain was moving in. They put down absorbent runners through both houses so the new carpet and hardwoods were fully protected. These young men felt trustworthy at every turn — I guess I can’t say enough.
