Impress Nails

My friend and I came in… I got a pedi, she got a gel manicure. The woman who did my nails was kind and careful, which was definitely appreciated as my feet have been cut or clipped too closely at other places. However, the woman who was doing my friend’s gel manicure had her several minutes before she was able to get started and then left mid-​manicure and never returned. She had done a minimal job, didnt clean up her cuticles, seemed like minimal effort. After 10 – 15 minutes of waiting, another nail tech interrupted her own client to apply the gel so we could go. I asked what happened to her nail tech and got a dirty look but no verbal response. After all that, the manicure was 50 dollars! Oh well. I won’t go there again.

They chose to shave off my gel color polish rather than soak it off which caused my nails to be very thin. The tech also did not apply a base coat which caused the gel to stick to my nail. After going to a proper salon I am disappointed And don’t think I’ll return even though it’s right down the street from me. Unless they seriously change their gel polish take off and application procedures.

Love their pedicures!!! But I hate how they push you to do «Pink and White» so I don’t go there for my nails
