Yogurt & Such

This neighborhood establishment has lost a long-​time customer due to more bad experiences than good ones over the past year. While the frozen yogurt and yogurt cakes are tasty, the customer service can be hit or miss — specifically when dealing with the owner or the owner’s son behind the counter. Neither seems to know how to serve frozen yogurt, giving half-​filled portions that are sparsely topped. If you question the size of the portion or its sloppy appearance, be prepared to be served an attitude in response.
More importantly, on a recent visit, I was disgusted to see one of the regular employees nibbling on toppings right out of the container with bare hands. Gloves are typically not worn (which is fine since the toppings are usually put directly onto the yogurt with a spoon or by dipping the yogurt into the container), but this employee may have been handling money/​credit cards, and her hands definitely touched her lips as she was nibbling. Additionally, on another recent visit, I arrived around 8pm on a weekday to find the door locked, the employees cleaning up, and casually walking out of the store. This location is open until at least 9pm during the week, and there was no sign alerting to an early closing or some type of emergency that day.

Debbie is so nasty… Totally turned me off from getting yogurt. Wrong move Debbie… Karma is a b****

Good, fresh sushi inside the yogurt shop next to Albertson Market. They also sell sandwiches and yogurt. My 2 rolls were delicious and surprisingly came with miso soup and a nice side salad. The sushi chef was super nice.

The people who work there treat me with respect every time I go there. They remember me and help me by giving me water for free for my service dog. They are lovely ladies.

If you like sushi best kept secret in the world in Williston Park best value I have seen in a long time for lunch

I know, what a weird name for a place that serves decent sushi. Don’t get me wrong, the sushi isn’t anything to write home about but is moderately priced compared to real Japanese restaurants in the area. The yogurt and ice cream though are great and worth a stop into the shopping mall.

i’ve never even been here & already i dont even want to go. i was reading the reviews and read a couple about Debbie the owner being rude — i can so relate & my complaint isnt even from being there– it was over the phone (isnt that something!) meanwhile im calling because ive tried one of there ice cream cakes my cousin had brought over and thought it was delish so wanted to see if there was one closer) — i thought she was just annoyed bc i was asking if there are other locations & she didnt want to be bothered– but geeze– is this really how you promote your business– thats terrible Debbie for being the owner! -. she was SO RUDE IT’S DISGUSTING– that when i had to call back for the # or location i made my friend call because i didnt want to deal her obnoxious attitude WAY TA GO DEB! NICE WAY TO WELCOME NEW CUSTOMERS– you still don’t get it huh? you have a good business –BE PROUD cheer up a bit kid!

I guess it wasn’t Debbie’s day. I actually called to ask a question today in the morning And she was extremely rude and snappy on the phone. I was in shock I was speaking to the owner, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I won’t even bother giving her any business and I will spread the word about this place. Wrong description on
, even notified them about this incident.

My friend & I stopped in their today for the first time. The food was good but the owner Debbie EXTREMELY RUDE. She made us feel like she didn’t want to be bothered… very snappy comments. She looks like an unhappy person. I have already told my coworkers NOT to go there ever & I will never recommend this location to anyone. In fact, the next Yogurt & Such location I go to, I will recommend that Debbie be replaced.

Yogurt is definitely good here and the price is better than other places like red mango. The place seem a little dated.

The store had no customers when I visited. The lady behind the counter rushed me like there was a line behind me. Very unnerving.
The girl Maria was in the back mixing a big bowl of salad with her bare hands then came out of the back and without washing her hands prepared a frozen yogurt then went right back to mixing the salad.
The yogurt was good.

Best chicken caesar pasta salad but I have to say there’s one worker there that comes off like she doesn’t want to be there and unpleasant whenever I have interacted with her and it’s always as if she doesn’t want to be bothered when you ask her for anything. I’m not sure of her name though, but I am sure I’m not the only one that has been unhappy with her service.

Gorgonzola salad (thinly sliced apples, candied walnuts, tomatoes, and gorgonzola cheese) is a MUST when you come for lunch! Best salad in town. We get it for lunch all the time at work.

Best sushi bar in town! The salad at Edamame is outstanding as well as the sushi! Owners are very friendly as well!

I’ve been going here since they opened and, I must say, they have some pretty tasty yogurt here. Is it the healthiest? Who knows and Who cares — YOLO! Great variety, great service, and tasty choices.

Delicious sushi; well-​made and fresh. Very pleasant and friendly employees. Inexpensive, unassuming from the outside, but they cater major events (UN, Samsung, etc.). Hope they do well here!

Good selection of flavors and toppings. Definitely enjoyable treat.
