3 years ago Kelley Plumbing and heating was able to get my furnace going for a little under $ 100. They did not try to up sell me, they helped me get by with what I had. Today they were over and they found out my blower was not working properly in my furnace. The belt was not the right size (previous owner put it on) and the bearings are starting to go out in the blower. I asked Mr. Kelly if it would be better to buy all new, fix it or what. He suggested fixing it. He was able to get it going by replacing the belt. I will still need to have them take the blower out in a few months and put new bearings in, but they got my heat working again.
Bottom line, I feel like I can trust what they tell me and they are not going to just try to up-​sell me for the heck of it. That is huge to me. When it comes time to finally replace the whole thing, I know who I’m going with.
