You have a better chance at winning the lotto than getting your oder right from this place. I’m not sure what the struggle is for this location, guessing they either don’t care or don’t know how to do their job. Only time you can get your order right is if ur explain in detail what you want, then check again at the window before you leave. As for management, instead of admitting a mistake and correcting it, they will deny their fault.

Service is dismal at best. Music is playing a little louder. One person working the counter who is shouting that she needs things, long line, tables not cleaned. (Dried ketchup is left on there.). My daughter and I came after the Alby Devils scored three goals (which is free chili) and were told that we needed to place an order. We had to bring our fries back due to being cold, and while we were waiting another customer brought there food back also. They stated that their baked potato wasn’t looking good also. Also four customers left while we were eating. I remember when this used to be a nicer place, guess times really do change.
