Looking for hard to find cloth for home made sporting goods? Help from employees who care and can offer decent advice? Need an awesome supply of cool fasteners? 550 paracord? In bulk? How about 3 ply waterproof, breathable fabric (ala gore-​tex)? Ballistic durable water resistant nylon? Go. Go to The Rain Shed!
After driving all over Salem this afternoon, Salem Tent and Awning, Joanne Fabric and Hancock Fabric, my wife and I went here and got EVERYTHING we needed for me to make some gaiters. Not only did she know what I was talking about, the clerk had great advice and was really knowledgeable about the attributes of the fabric. Great selection, great service, great store!
