I purchased 3 rite lite picture frame lights on line. The process was easy and simple. Received on time, good shape, only to find 2 of the 3 did not work. I e mailed Home Depot to find out to return and credit my account. They replied in a timely manner stating I could send back or I could return to the Albany store. I returned them to the store, very pleasantly and quickly handled!
Happy with store Home Depot on line, not the product.

Service is service, but great service is from folks doing the unexpected. This is where great service happens. The staff quality has it’s ups and downs, but there are always a few steady folks carrying the stores weight. For everything but plants (not including veggies!), check here before Lowes.always.
