Used to go to The Lighthouse at Wisdom Marina on Dale Hollow Lake. They closed. This past week we stopped by the marina to see the change they had made. There is a very cool floating hotel there now but we can cover that another time.
We decided to check out the menu at the Boathouse Café. I’m a sucker for a burger on the lake and they have several ½ pounders to choose from. I opted to go simple with a build your own. Hand patted burger, juicy, toasted buttery bun. This was one fine burger. Had the waffle fries to go with it. Hot, fresh and crisp.
Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Elizabeth for the best burger on The Dale.
