They were rude and wanted me to buy their over priced blank even though I had my own. Albany lock and key was much better. They cut my blank for free with a friendly attitude.

Have had multiple keys cut here and some worked great and some would only work if you jiggled it even though the original key wouldn’t need jiggled. Seems like some people who work there do a good job and some just don’t care. I went in today to get a motorcycle key cut and I had a blank for it, different top piece but same blank. It was a Euro key instead of the standard keys we have here. Fits into the same lock. I have had a couple of them cut here before, for different bikes I’ve had, but today I get told nope since they cannot warranty the key they will not cut it, then wanted to sell me one of their blanks. It either fits the lock or not, what is there to warranty? No doubt if I went back and got someone else they would cut it, but I will not support a business like that anymore. Service should be the same no matter who cuts the keys. Plenty of other local businesses that I can support.
