Always a good time here. I’ve been a few times and loved it. Good hookah flavors and the staff really takes care of you. Only downside is the mass amounts of awkward dudes staring you down all night. Lol

I would give it a 3.5 star rating if that were an option.
First impressions: It’s located INSIDE the Pacific East Mall. Cool. Pretty convenient if you want food too or something. Also it is a pretty spacious place.
Came here with my boyfriend Friday night just cause we had nothing else to do, and had a pretty good experience. It costs $ 15 per person for unlimited hookah, and you can come in and out whenever you want. They put a stamp on your forearm. We were led to a room and I hoped there would be comfy couches. However, the seats were pretty hard and my only back support was the wall. Ended up lying down the whole night. Some rooms do have couches though.
There’s some pool tables around the place, and cool music. Cool music as in the usual Bay Area slaps and twerk music, lol. It suits the place.
It was a nice experience. Will probably return again sometime, next time.

Really chill hookah lounge. For 18 – 23 year olds. They play Bay area slaps and music you can twerk too. Staff was really attentive. Mikey and Tyler were great. $ 15 per person you can change flavors as many times as you want. The location is real suspect. In an Asian mall so go with someone who has been there before.

Surprised at how cool this place was. Really affordable during the week with great music upstairs and attentive staff.

Went with a group of friends on a Thursday night. Place wasn’t terribly busy, especially considering we went in early, around 9 PM. Things started getting busy around 10:30/11 PM, around the time people started flocking to the dance floor.
Ambiance: I came in looking for a Hookah Lounge. Emphasis in LOUNGE. Not the club-​esque vibe I got. I was sitting in the lounge trying to enjoy the hookah, with the dance floor pumping really loud EDM music right next to us on the dance floor. Good if you’re into a more upbeat party/​club kinda atmosphere, but if you’re more of a chat-​and-​puff gal like me, there are better lounges I’ve been to for such an experience.
Service: I was promised constant servicing throughout the night. Instead, I kept having to seek out staff members to get my coals fixed and my flavors changed. Definitely not a highlight of my night.
Price: I have to admit, the unlimited hookah for an up-​front $ 20 is exceptional. Went through many different interesting flavors through the night and probably thoroughly blackened my lungs as a result, but oh well. The Starburst (?) flavor is a must-​try.
Good night, but probably would go to a different lounge since I seek a slightly more mellow hookah vibe than the one this lounge has to offer. Fun for a night out without having to go all the way to SF, though!

This place is off the chain! HIGHLY recommending to head out an check out this Hookah Lounge. They have a cool set up upstairs. Crew Members that work there are awesome and chill. $ 10 to Get in all night. free hookah of all flavors and an awesome pool tables they have upstairs and also they have a booming dance floor. great place to meet and dance with people.

The thing is, the faux leather seats were really worn and torn.
It looks dirty and felt uncomfortable.

It’s a pretty cool place, 15 bucks gets you unlimited hookah and they have a cool lil dance floor and pool tables. Defiantly will be going back and would recommend.

The average of ³⁄₅ stars seemed low so I decided to post. This place is all about location. You *could* drive into Berkeley but why bother if this is closer to you? They have nails, pipes, bongs, vapes, papers and everything else you’d need. Don’t be afraid to haggle on the prices, they will come down. I haven’t been to the hookah bar but hey, just because you didn’t like the other customers seems like a poor way to judge this place.

A really good place to bring some pals to play pool and smoke hookah! They have a whole bunch of flavors for the hookah tobacco and to top it off the customer service is pretty good!
10 bucks before 7 and 15 bucks after for unlimited pool tables and hookah. I’d advise anyone to go there an hour prior to the 5 bucks more to get in just because it’s five bucks and it’s way better to reserve a good spot before hordes of people come and fill the whole joint up!

I LOVE going to this place. This place isn’t like most hookah bars, first of all, it’s one payment for the whole night. ($ 10 before 8 pm and $ 15 after depending on the day and sometimes they give out two for one passes, HOLLA! Thursday is ladie’s night, $ 5 for girls and $ 10 for guys, unlimited hookah) and that includes entrance PLUS unlimited hookah (Other places charge like $ 15 per two people per hookah, hella dumb). I like this place because it’s almost like going to a club, they have a dance floor with good music and DJ’s, pool tables, VIP rooms which you can reserve for free by calling in advance (you need to have at least 20+ people I believe) but sometimes when I threw parties and people bailed, we would have less than 20 and they were still cool about it.
ALL of the staff are great. Kyle, Grant, Andrew, the big dude with the afro (forgot his name) and Tyler are amazing in the hut, they give the up most customer service and always check on you to make sure you’re alright and you have what you want, and they’re funny and friendly and very polite.
Also, Vicki at the hookah counter is amazing, she delivers great customer service and is very informative and knowledgeable about hookah and other items sold at Stogie’s.
The owner is amazing, very cool sweet guy very friendly. Security is awesome and friendly.
One thing I love about this place is that no one is super strict, I mean if you’re doing stupid shit like being hella stupid drunk, causing problems and shit they will kick you out. But other than that they’re awesome and very flexible.
There are Ins and outs.
Club like atmosphere and you can just have a great time, smoke, dance, play pool. IT IS AWESOME!
I also like buying stuff from them for smoking hookah at home, good flavors candy cane, dragon’s breath, cotton candy, chocolate mint, (WHITE PEACH IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!)
There’s honestly no downfalls except there can be some ratchet guys on the dance floor, but if they’re bothering you to the point you feel very uncomfortable security will take care of it.
Overall, if you’re bored on a friday night and want something to do that’s fun and cheap (and if you’re under 18 it’s awesome since you can’t go to 21+ clubs), get some friends and come to stogie’s. It’ll be worth it!!!

Downstairs is a regular shop. Upstairs is sweet.
Super chill place. Lounge with pool tables, bar, etc. They don’t bother you over and over to see if you’re liking what you’re smoking, which is nice. Good music, not too loud, but energizing. Go with some friends and have a sweet time!

I love coming here with friends just to hang out, dance, relax, and smoke hookah! It’s way cheap ($ 15 for unlimited hookah!) and ladies get in cheaper on Thursdays! (; They have tons of flavors and whenever I tell them to surprise me … they always give me a good one.
I feel like an old lady when I go because there are a lot of, what I like to call, «teeny boppers» with next to nothing on — showing their va-​jays … hella drunk. Or basically having sex on the dance floor, but it’s okay because it’s all funny to me.
The servers are great and hella nice. The security guards are hella funny and dancing on the dance floor with everyone else.
Most of the guys that show up are creeps … but I never go to look for guys so that’s not an issue for me. I have my own little spot by the fan and the DJ where I am never disturbed and I can just dance and enjoy myself with my friends — without the drunk creepers.
I have fun when I go and I’ve brought tons of friends with me and they have enjoyed themselves as well — even my over 21 friends! They did feel like grandmas, but they still had fun! I guess it’s the crowd you bring yourself with. If you let the teeny bopper crowd bother you, you won’t enjoy yourself!

I came here a couple times and its pretty good nothing special though. The guy who I THINK is the owner is superr nice and chill. Their service is very good and fast. If your shisha is burning out and you need another one, there’s always an employee around to get you another one of your choice. There is a wide variety of flavors but my favorite on has to be the frutty one (I forgot the name of it).
downside: Not alot of cute people go there… sooo yahh just a heads up to you girlies! no need for hours of make up to come here cause there’s no one to impress! lol

The only downside to quitting smoking is that I don’t buy cigarettes at Stogies anymore. Their prices are always competitive and they stocked my hard to find cigarettes (Lucky Strike light). The staff is always really sweet. The hookah bar upstairs is crawling with youngsters but i don’t let it bother me. i would just smoke my cigarette and read a magazine before going on my happy way.
Now i just visit this place for a new lighter after i buy weed at 7 Stars upstairs.

So this place is pretty chill, although if you’re 21 or over you’ll feel a bit old. This place is a landmine of teenyboppers that somehow get in even though they’re underage. Lots of HS kiddos, or college kids that act like bratty HS kiddos.
No matter, I go with my friends and have fun with MY friends.

I mean, I can’t complain too much, it’s cheap, they TRY with the swanky looking interior, etc. Just don’t expect a hookah experience like other places where you order turkish coffee, hummus, a platter of different olives, or even a few stiff drinks.
