Starbucks

This is probably one of the worse Starbucks I purchase drinks at. They constantly mess up every order I make through the drive thru. Why just today I ordered green tea and they didn’t have any so they asked if I wanted any other kind of tea instead of offering to make some new tea. I told the staff that I would wait for a fresh Brew and then had to go inside. After ten minutes I ordered the teas and they got all of the sizes wrong. This is a very common experience at this Starbucks.
Just returned to same location and waited 15 minutes for another order I which the filled incorrectly. 01÷23÷16
Went again today and ordered a salted caramel mocha nonfat no whip. They of course put whipped cream in it. ⁰¹⁄₂₄. This Starbucks is horrific.
²⁄₅ waited in line for 25 minutes to then have my order incorrect.
²⁄₆ Got my order wrong again. Still waiting for them to get it completely right or not have to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive thru.

Enjoy this place. They are a great group of baristas who truly enjoy getting to know their customers. I am surprised by the negative reviews. Businesses are going to be backed up and super busy sometimes. These drinks are made to order, not fast food cook aheads. If u want a super quick beverage, go to a gas station and get a powdered mix cappuccino. If u want a beverage hand made by nice baristas, go to this location. Another point to make is, Starbucks standard is that if the customer feels their drink is not «perfect»., please let them know so they can remake the beverage for u. With that guarantee, I’ll gladly spend my money here.

whoever owns this location needs to really, really read the starbucks guidelines!!! slowest service ever… questions are asked that aren’t suppose to be regarding orders

I have been here several times since it opened and have not had my drinks prepared correctly on either visit. It is frustrating and higher priced than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. I will try again after they have been open a bit longer (new site)
